Dan and I found our dream vacation home where our kids will enjoy visiting for many years to come. We are a short football field walk to the ocean to watch sunrises, and shorter to the river to launch my kayak and watch the sunset. Cynde was so knowledgeable helping us both find what brings us happiness just two hours north of our current home.
– Liza B. (Environmental Lawyer)
Instead of paying dorm rent, I decided to purchase a 2 bedroom condo close to campus for my son and find a roommate to cover the monthly overhead. Cynde did a few “facetime” property tours with me as I live 2 hours away. I signed the paperwork for the condo sight unseen. She even showed the prospective tenant the condo for me.
– Lynne (mother of 6 children)
My family went from 9 people living at home to just 3. Cynde was able to find the perfect townhome with all the amenities for my 2 daughters and I. She also offered design advice for a quick renovation to our home of 18 years. Within two months the home was updated and on the market. It sold in less than 30 days for much more than another broker had recommended. The day before closing, the buyer called with a problem that jeopardized the closing. Cynde discussed options with me, and the closing went through on schedule.
– Donna (GE Engineer)
We owned investment property for 20 years and wanted to do a 1031 exchange for a property further north. With less than two weeks to identify another property, Cynde found exactly what we wanted and we closed in time so as not to pay capital gains taxes. We are very happy with our property on the golf course near biking and hiking trails.
